Expand short URLs before visiting

Because twitter restrict the lenght of our tweets to only 140 characters , we use  URL shorteners to share URLs . But we don not know where these short links take us, may be to bad site , so to avoid phishing and viruses we have to check these short links before visiting ,and to do this  there are many sites expand the short links and display the full link  like http://longurl.org/
